We understand that our standard specifications may not suit all your needs, therefore we would reccommend setting a time aside to discuss the above so both parties have a clear understanding of the products required. At this time we would also like to clarify what has and has not been allowed for.

Because we build what we design - we know what it costs, and we can design to a budget and a brief. All too often people approach us with a set of drawings to price only to find that it has not been designed to a price or that it ignores construction constraints, adding additional costs and difficulties.

Whatever money you spend with Langdon Building to achieve your ‘one-off’ original always comes off the price of your new home.

We then arrange for you to meet with one of our designers to obtain a far better sense of your individual lifestyle needs and objectives.

We will then come back to you with our initial interpretation of your desired home and then amend our drawings until we have achieved your satisfaction..

This design is then costed and we then proceed to full working drawings and contractual documentation.
