This is the difference between Langdon Building and the rest of the pack.
Langdon Building have no hidden costs such as blinds, floor coverings, driveways, paths, building permits and fees, clotheslines, letter boxes etc. It is very important that you understand that this house is not a standard house, most of the fixtures/appliances are a higher quality and finish than our competitors. Some of our competitors try to under cut our price structure using inferior products, or not using them at all.
Another difference with our firm is your dealing directly with the builder who cares and not the supervisor of a large company.
We do not have display homes as they increase our overheads and this would add to our pricing structure. However, if you wish to make a time we can show you any of our homes and point out the many features they have. You can also see the quality of finish of these homes.
Our firm is excited to work with you and are willing to add or change any of these homes to suit your personal needs, therefore we would recommend setting a time aside to discuss the above so both parties have a clear understanding of the products required. At this time we would like to clarify what has and has not been allowed for.
